| I am trying to engrave pictures with my laser but it only allows 2bit. I can not figure out a way for a picture to still look nice once i change it to a 2 bit plane. I have to use lasercut 5.0 software and would love some help on this. |

| I own a Redsail M500 and have had some luck with this piece of junk. You're right, despite the stated specs, this "EasyCut 5.0" will only work with 2 bit bitmaps. You can get somewhat improved results by lightening you image with Photoshop or CorelDraw. But you will not get a good result without using software like PhotoGraV. Makes a BIG difference with photo engraving. |
