The material I am working with is .125" acrylic plastic. I am looking at some edge dressing options, rather than just the plain 90 degree end cut that I normally get when using an end mill or parallel cutter. The first thought into my mind is finding a router family of bits that will dress the edge, along with cut the material completely out. I have performed some preliminary searches with no useful info to speak of. Anyone out there had any experience or have knowledge with this. Thanks in advance for the responses. Craig |
