Need help engraving photos

If you need really deep engraving - use sandblasting or mechanical engraving. Laser change only glass/crystal surface from glossy to matt. If crystal is expensive - may be better do not engrave with Chinese laser
And do not forget use wet papertowel/newspapers during engraving

Did you ever try converting the greyscale photo & convert it to bitmap via halftones ?

Hi Terry, what kinds of greyscale engraving do you want? The engraving effect will related to the sample material and also the Photoshop settings. We have finished engraving a photo on a marble. see the attachment. Is this similar to what you want?
