    Engraving and V Carving.

Thanks to Zasti for the ‘heads-up’ on this one Fórum - a new, free, engraving program which supports ‘V Carving’ F-Engrave

The program works just fine with WinXP and the GCode produced is excellent using Mach3.
This is just a test sample, to try it out, which, I think, shows that it can produce results to match the commercial VCarve programs.

    Hi Guys,

The more I try this F-Engrave software, the better it gets.

It also supports relief V-Carving and is just so easy to use - top marks to Scorch for an excellent, free program.

Thank you Boots, most kind of you to say. I am learning as I go.

(Incidentally, for others that follow, this free software also contains a number of single line (stick) fonts which are just excellent for normal engraving work).
