Hi guys, I've skimmed the forum before and heard of some horror stories with Chinese lasers. The company I work for is a small business, and unfortunately we can't afford to spend $30-40k to buy a new fiber laser. We have a rep in China who went out and recommended us a YAG laser from Shenzen Blue Sword. Our main requirement is that it has to be able to mark metals. The price ($11k) is very appealing, even with the cost of shipping added. Now, what should we expect when dealing with a Chinese manufacturer? I asked about the software they use, and they said it's English interface with CorelDraw and Photoshop support |
