Anyone kowns if the VHF CAM 220 machine can engraving stainless steel?

Maybe lightly, but any machine built in the style of a router will struggle with SS because the rigidity may just not be sufficient for the material hardness.

it is better way you need to use the special tools for SS, what's the thickness you want to work with?
plasma machine also can cut.

If you take a look at the Gravograph site that should give some idea of the machines used for stainless. Obviously cheaper (clone type) machines are available from other makers but you should to look for something substantially constructed with plenty of rigidity, particularly as far as the spindle is concerned.

I want to engrave 0,3 mm Stainless steel and 3 mm Steel depth.

I already have a IS400 Gravograph's machine but the hardest metal I can engrave is brass. The spindle has got only 70 W power.
