Need Help!- Rabitt hx40B out of order

Hello,
I am French and do not speak English, also be indulgent with the automatic translator.
Rabitt HX40B does not want to engrave and to cut.
Card controleur and card high voltage = new. Tube = new. Software = newlydraw.
If I draw a rectangle, the machine follows the plan but does not cut.
If I use the bouttons of test of the laser, the machine follows the plan and cut. I can increase or reduce the power.
Help me!!!

I don't actually use Newlydraw but it seems that you may have overlooked something when printing your rectangle.
The Newlydraw manual is probably even difficult for the Chinese to understand let alone us Europeans.

no, I forgot nothing. This machine engraved and cut before being out of order. I very often engraved and cut with her
I use newlydraw as before changing both cards of the machine. (Card controleur and card high voltage)
The machine follows the plan, but there is no flame to engrave and cut.
