You need to post the file.

ok i got it centered in rhino (xy). now when i import it into mach, it will engrave in the right spot. it just will not lift the tool when it moves from on part to another, so it is cuting a line from one part of the logo to the other. what do i do to set my tool depth, my work piece hieght and my safe z?
also how do increase the feed rate?

I think your best bet is to use LazyCam which is included with and part of Mach3. You will be able to set tool zero and depth of cut as well as safe Z etc from there.

Transform it into CAD or CAM file first.
