Laser tube wont start

I bought recently chinese laser engraver IE1224 with 100W laser tube.
When I started machine, water pump works, air compressor works, vacuum motors works, x and y motor works too. But laser tube wont start.

Also on high voltage power suply i have some kind of test button which when pressed starts tube, and tube give light...

Can someone help me please?

i have no idea,but you must do as the introduction,laser tube is easy broke

May be water temperature sensor is not working.
