Lamacoid Machine

Hello all,

I am looking into a side venture from my regular activities, specifically creating lamacoid tags to sell to the electrcial industry I serve. Obviously there are a lot of options out there for engraving/cnc machines and I was hoping someone could enlighten me on what a beginner should buy to get started but not hinder future expansions into other areas of cnc machining.

I would love to be able engrave designs into other materials/create 3d models/manufacture parts out of metal/cut metal... (although it doesn't look like one machine could do all that) as well and was thinking that a reasonable sized table top cnc router might do the trick. I have a budget of around $10g's USD.

Suggestions?
