Need Help!- gravograph VX89

I am new here! first off all, i am from the Netherlands and my English is not verry well :-)
I have purchased an old gravograph VX89 machine and i would like some help!

I have a problem:
The company Gravograph in the Netherlands, won`t help me with my problem.They won`t support this type off machine anymore.
I want different fonts for my VX89, but i dont know, where i can buy them?
Is there anyone here, that can help me?

The same happens to me for my VXM machine. No luck with Gravograph support.

It`s a big problem!!!!!
I`am looking everywere for extra fonts, with no results.
i thought the diskettes could be copied,but thats not the case.
And if the original computer crashes, than i cant use my machine annymore.

so there is no progress.

Hi Vanessa

We are the people you emailed in the UK. There is a way to copy floppy discs - you need a disc called Gravograph disc copy V4. You will also need a supply of 720kb (double density) discs. (high density will not work) to copy your discs onto. You need the actual floppy disc top copy you will not be able to get them back off of your hard drive controller.

Don't despair there is life for these machines if the hard drive controller fails - look up past links on this subject.
