Seeking similair engraving machines...

My boss is interested in purchasing one of these:

But first he wants me to show him similar products to compare it to.

I came across the Roland desktop engravers and one other by a company called Vision, but I'm not sure if they're exactly the same thing.

Does anyone have an opinion about this exact model or suggest any that are better?

I think the fact that it's an all-in-one stand alone product is a big highlight, i.e. no separate computer needed. I'm not totally sure if the Rolands are the same.
