![]() Are you trying to reverse engineer that part, or you're asking for a bid for someone else to do it for you? First question you're going to have to ask yourself is how exact are you looking to get? You could buy one, disassemble it, measure it(flatbed scanner? high quality camera? ect) and return it, or you could get the basic shape from a high quality photo: -print it to scale -cut it out -trace the edges -use a bandsaw to cut it out -and sand/polish the edges A thick sheet of acrylic is going to cost you a pretty penny new. Used with maybe some scratches in it will be cheaper, but you'll lose a lot of time trying to polish those out.(borderline not worth the discount depending on the depth) |
