I'm located in northern, NJ. This is what I'm looking for: I need to get a price from somebody to make me custom PIN gauges out of some type of hard steel (maybe A2 or even 303/304 stainless) -Sizes: 26.5mm thru 60mm by .5mm increments (70 pieces total), each piece 2" long. -45 degree chamfer on both ends to cut the sharp corners -stamped or laser marked with the size on at least one of the ends -Tolerance -.001", +.000" See attached Excell Spreadsheet Shipped to northern NJ. Please PM me with quotes and lead time if interested.. Thanks! |

| We can do them in any of those materials you like. The hardened steel is going to be a expensive venture in just material allone, I think. The stainless steel would probably be the cheaper way to go, but it is going to cost you more to machine then aluminum. I will send you a quote. |
