I have few parts, that I would like made. I designed for a project at Toledo University for a engineering class. I worked as a cnc programmer for two years so, the parts are machining friendly. Parts are only 5.5 inch long and the major dia is .72. All dimensions are in inch. Most tolerances are +-.005 I have couple tight tolerances +-.001 and couple +-.01 Stock would 1 inch dia Ertalyte TX. You would have to get that You would need a cnc lathe with a milling head or set up parts to be turned then milled. I will be coming back to you for more work. I need 3 made If you are interested on making these for me, send me a pm on here or email at m98custom12@msn.com I will pm you or email you the print Last edited by m98custom1212; 01-05-2010 at 03:10 PM. |

| Been machining for 30 years and never heard of that material. I think you should put up a better description of your part. It could be a screw machine part with that length to width ratio and needing such a machine would eliminate 95% of the people who bid work here, it would save you some time sending out prints to people who can't assist you. |

| Dualkit This material is like a good replacement for Delrin AF, if you have ever used the AF you will know that that is a great material as well, but not used by many, Ertalyte is a high strenth, high wear & good up to 200F deg a very nice material & can be machined any way you want
