I need some shapes cut from a material with the rigidity and flexibility of a business card which is 15 mil at most (the thinner the better). I don't care much what the material is, it could even be business card cardboard, but I would prefer plastic of sorts. Here is an image of the shapes : ![]() ![]() The dimensions are in inches. I would like to get a price for : 1 set (prototypes) 10 sets 50 sets 500 sets I can provide a file in any format (I already have it in AI, continous lines). |

| The quotes I received were significantly higher then what the part justifies so it seems I need to rethink that project. Please note that I'm not saying the quotes were unreasonable, I'm saying the resulted product would be too expensive to sell. I'd close this thread if I could figure out how. Thank you all for your responses. No work was awarded. |
