RFQ: shapes from vinyl/styrene 17" x 24"

I need some shapes cut from a material with the rigidity and flexibility of a business card which is 15 mil at most (the thinner the better). I don't care much what the material is, it could even be business card cardboard, but I would prefer plastic of sorts.

The dimensions are in inches.

I would like to get a price for :

1 set (prototypes)

10 sets

50 sets

500 sets

I can provide a file in any format (I already have it in AI, continous lines).

The quotes I received were significantly higher then what the part justifies so it seems I need to rethink that project. Please note that I'm not saying the quotes were unreasonable, I'm saying the resulted product would be too expensive to sell.
