Looking for an Anodizer

I'm looking for someone who can anodize prototype parts. Which could potentially lead to larger orders. My local shop has a minimum charge of $265 which would be ok if I had many parts to do.

Your location says USA, so I don't know where you are at. I use Danco in Southern California, as do a few other associates, never a problem and $70 minimum.

Hello Dualkit I'm in Arizona, what does $70.00 get you? Do they do chrome plating and hard anodizing ? Can you ship your products to them and do they use a flat rate mailing? Thanks,

I do not think Danco does chrome, but they do hard anodize. I don't think any one would do business shipments in a flat rate box, I don't think they are as safe as far as tracking and insurance. But who knows? They have a location 12 miles from me so I do not know their shipping policies. On the $70 lot charge you only get one type plating, that includes color. Hard anodizing various by size of the part, as an example stereo knob sized parts 35 cents each, alternator pulleys $1.25, crankshaft size pulleys $7.50 etc,etc. You can get various odd sized parts in your lot, but only one color.

Thanks Dualkit, we sometimes need parts anodized, it's rare but sometimes. It's been a while since we have had the need, but I remember when we did it was fairly expensive. That sounds like a good price, appreciate it.
