I would have PM'd but couldn't figure out a way to attach using PMs.

Anyway, can you give me a price for 40 pairs of this here:

I am needing some parts cut from Sintra. The parts are various diameters of donut shapes and circles. I need about 3 4x8 sheets cut each 4x8 sheet will have about 300 donuts per sheet . the material is 1/4" and 1/2" but is very easy to cut.

Age 22 and you are a "CNC Expert"? Hmmm? It took me more than a couple of years.

Thumbs up CNC Expert it is...

It is very pleasant of you Mr. MMT to share you wisdom and lenght of
erudition, unfortunately for some individuals, some grasp the concept faster than others.

A little about me, I have been in the manufacturing field for over 6 years now, I was fabricating complex parts without the aid of CAM at the age of 18.

I have expanded my craft by participating in annual robotic desighs programs such as USFIRST ROBOTICS founded by NASA JPL, there I was given the privilege to work with various skilled engineers from Boing, Raytheon and produce complex parts that would require extensive CNC skills and close tolerance's.

I have also acquired a AS Degree in Machining, but now I am prolonging my education to satisfy a Mechanical Engineering Degree...

I know people who have been in the trade for 4 decades and they don't even have the audacity to feign mastership in the machining trade.

You may have 'skills' but you come off in a bad light.

Just an obsevation...
