I have my own shop and we are expanding. We have a top level CNC machinist that runs the shop currently, we are looking at bringing in another machinist that has worked in low-run, proto-type sorts of situations. Somebody who knows how to operate both manual and cnc machines and is a hard worker and likes to stay busy.
