These parts will be made from 6061 Al. and please include the material in the quote. The first part pictured will be 10 pcs. The other 2 will be 5 each. DXF files are available. I do have one face shown machined on each part where the .375 dimension is. The .375 is not critical as long as it is not smaller than .350. There is a 32mm bearing bore on all 3 parts that needs to be a nice snug slip fit, not a press fit. This RFQ will be open for 3 days then delivery time should be stated in the quote. I would like these delivered within 2 wks of payment received and payment can be made through paypal if that is O.K., if not, other arrangements must be made before any work begins. southernexplorer at charter dot net is where I can be reached beyond CNC Zone. (I do not know if email addresses are allowed.) Tommy |

| It is next to impossible to provide an accurate quote from your drawings, are all the holes, pockets and slots countersunk? I am sure plenty of the desperate fools in here will quote off of what you have provided. But someone like me will need a lot more information, like tolerances for starters. Also since cost is probably an issue, can you live with bowed surfaces. Any unmachined surface will probably be bowed up to .002 per inch, if you want them flat the part will need to be machined from 1/2" plate and both faces fly-cut. Why don't you just post the dxf files? You should probably list your location, shipping time can eat up a bunch of that 2 weeks if someone is too far away from you. |

| He has given us all the dimensions of his part and from the looks of it the most critical of all spots on the part is the bore and the bearing bore and not having the bearing on hand to fit that bore is going to be a slite issue if you aren't equipped to do high precision work like that and many things come into play when your talking that tight of a tolerance. We can do the job and get it right on within -.0002- +.0002 if not closer, the main thing is how much is he willing to pay... SoutherExplorer please sir pm me all your details of this part so I can give you a accurate quote, we are more then equipped enough to do this job and produce a high tolerance peice for a reasonable price with no worries on your shoulders. |

I have posted DXF files for all 3 parts. I am not that great at cad but it should be enough info. there to complete each part. I do need one face machined on all 3 parts and it is allowing plenty of room so you can make the part from 3/8 material. The .375 dimension can be as low as .350. As I stated here "There is a 32mm bearing bore on all 3 parts that needs to be a nice slip fit, not a press fit." All other tolerances will be -+.015 and there is no c/bores other than the bearing fit. I can ship the bearing to you for sizing if needed. I am in Louisiana and if shipped in a flat rate box (weight does not matter as long as it fits in the box) from the post office it will take about 3 days from anywhere in the USA. I think the shipping charges for a box big enough will be about $12.00 and the box is free from them. X bearing cap = 10 pcs. y bearing mount = 5 pcs. y motor mount = 5 pcs |

| Hi sounthernexplore The number you have for the bearing would not be correct it would give you to much clearance .6305R=1.261 32mm +.0002=1.260dia the .001 more would make the bearings quite loose in the holes you want it to be 1.260 -.000 +.0003 this would give you a total of .0005 max on the bearing bore

| The RFQ is now closed for these parts and I would like to say thanks to everyone that took the time to quote these parts. The person I chose was mainly based on some conversations we had, not prices or anything else. Thanks again, Tommy Coates |
