Need A Quote- Simple CNC Foam Cutter job

I need someone with a high tolerance CNC foam cutter to make a simple part for me.

Please quote 2 pieces of this foam cutout per PDF drawing. All dimensions
in inches. It's basically a 23"x15"x3" block with a V cut out in the
middle.

Please make this to as high tolerance as possible (better than .01" on
all dimensions) because this is being used for scientific testing.
Slight radius on the V bottom is ok but make the angle as close to
153.55 degrees as possible.

Use as low density foam as possible but it still needs to be
relatively durable and crush resistant. It also needs to be stiff
with no deformation. I was thinking something like coated styrofoam
but leave that to you because I don't know much about foam.

Also if it is not possible to make the V shape cutout, simply make it
in two halfs (split down the middle) and glue it together.
