Seeking RFQ's for the attached part (PDF drawing & IGS file) Quantity: 1 Material: 4130, to be sourced by shop (please include material cost in quote) Tolerances: See drawing Heat Treat: See drawing for detail. Will entertain quotes sans heat treat. Timing: Need to have part within 5 weeks. Location: Domestic US. No foreign quotes, please. FYI - This is not a 'price check' RFQ. We need to fabricate this part for a marketing demo of a final prototype. Side Note: Concurrent with our final marketing demonstrations of this part, we are conducting our design-for-manufacturing process and will place a premium on any quotes or relationships which offer insight on future production (e.g. material choice, heat treat fixtures, nesting, etc).
