Need A Quote- Control box for cnc

I need to get some boxes made from Aluminum with outside of 14" wide across the front, 11" lenth, 5" height. A picture of the basic design is below.
Right now I do not need any holes but later will need mounting holes, but will supply drawings when needed. Please quote a single prototype for now with 5 qty. each order afterwards. Please send quotes to southernexplorer@charter.net

Thickness of material needs to be able to support about 15lbs. or ribs formed in the bottom for strength.

Are you looking for these to be individual pieces? Bent sheet stock?

I have never really paid attention when passing through the fab. dept. in all the different shops I have worked in so I will say I want the sides to screw on to the front and back similar to the old desktop computers. I did not know how to show that in the drawing. i imagine bent tabs on top or bottom. I did show the top and bottom as different colors in the pic. A friend told me they sell software that you draw what you want and it unfolds it for you.
