All, I am looking for a quote for 10 pieces. This part needs to be made from 0.25" clear polycarbonate. The finished product must remain clear except for the edges and holes as this is a face for a pressurized case - The user needs to be able to see through this part. ![]() http://brockbr.com/case/caseface.zip I've included an STL and a SLDPRT file in the zip file. | Given the case will be used at pressures nearing 370psi, the face material needs to be very, very strong. I'm under the impression that acrylic wouldn't be as strong as the polycarbonate. Please correct me if I'm wrong. b. |

I've accepted a bid from a shop in NH. Total bids: 6 Variance on bid price: 100% - A single bid was half the price of the rest, whereas the rest where within +/- $0.50 per piece. Thanks to everyone who bid. I have more parts coming. b. |
