OAL is 6" roughly

all dimensions would be +- .005 except hole locations +-.001 will send winning bidder a reference part

THe thickness is .375 I will supply Delrin.

Not stealing a design it is in the Atv market this is example of what I want Also MIne is Made of A different material for better shock resistance. So your not An Ahole. It is basically a chain gaurd.

listen this is just and example of what I want. not exactly what I want. If you don't wanna qoute it that is fine but don't need negative comment about something I am trying to give you all work I could go to china and save big but trying to keep it American would do it myself but no machines.

So post what you want making in your own hand...or just steal someone elses design...stick the star spangled banner on if you like...It may help it sell? Just try to be original...once.

Reverse engineering means copying. You should have asked for a quote to design a similar part and a quote to produce parts.
