CNC Molds To be Made

Hi Folks

I am a RC pattern flyer and would like a few molds made of a rudder and stab and wing.

I had tried a friend and his price was way to much for the amount of times I am going to use them.

I was wonder if any out there can make them for reasonable price.

You're better off buying a new HAAS and a seat of Mastercam and making your own rudders as opposed to getting 3 molds made.



You might have better luck having someone else machine them instead of molding them. Be much less expensive.

I was thing of the machining the molds out to make a fiber glass copy. What is HAAS or aseat of mastercam.

Do you want aluminum molds? It would be a lot cheaper to pull some epoxy and glass molds off existing parts.

I agree with ger. Take some existing parts that you like and do an epoxy pour around them. Then trim these to your desired size and use as a mould.
I figure I could make some CHEAP moulds out of Aluminum for you. Would be $800 - $1500 CDN depending on the quality of you 3D CAD.
