RFQ Single Unit Motorcycle Parts

Looking for a quote for single peices. I have included the .igs of one item to get an idea of what we are looking to have made. Small parts, I apologize, no idea on the tolerances required, but the parts are not used in close-tolerance areas. Looking to build a relationship with someone who can build 1-off parts and work with them long-term. I need to get approximate price and turnaround time. I am not looking for the cheapest, nor the fastest, just someone who I can work with on our custom bikes. Thanks, and please excuse anything I've left out of the drawing. Just let me know what would make an estimate easier and I'll do it. Thanks!

Sorry, they are aluminum. What type of aluminum I do not know, but all of the bikes are pretty much entirely made from this type, so I would imagine it's a common type. If there is some way to find out what type it is, please let me know how and I will get it.

You are going to get more quotes if you post in another format. PDF, Solidworks, DXF, DWF all have free viewers plastered all over the internet. On your part I would assume appearance is important, what type of finish is required. All I can see is the 3d view with out dimensions with the viewer I have. Also where are you located, I would assume working with someone closer to you would be preferred for shipping time.

Is that drawing dimensioned in MM?
The converted file is showing a 20" bore? or 20mm?
How thick?

That would have to be one BIIIIG bike to require a part with a 20" bore on it

The point was, I don't know how the file was originated, if it's to scale, since there are no dimensions. It's not likely that a shop in Kansas is working in metrics, although it is possible.
Kind of difficult to make parts without information.

The bore is 20mm, and all of the parts are metric. We build custom Triumphs and some other imports, so it will all be Metric peices. I didn't know what the file would show as an .igs, but I have provided the solidworks part file below, didn't know that was useable by the cnc operator; I read some of the other posts and people were requesting .igs. The part is visible, but most of the peices we are looking to have made are all acceptable with raw aluminum surface finish. Oddly positioned gouges would be unacceptable, but normal machine marks are the norm on this stuff. We will be painting anything that requires it, so I expect to do some prep work on those peices to smooth them out for paint.
