RFQ: Custom work fast

Hi I need these parts back to us in Lawrence, KS no later than 7/2/09. All parts are aluminum 6061, tolerances of +_ 0.001. Couldn't get the .zip to upload but if you are interested I will email it to you. The URL below has all the files in an unzipped format. I have a text file attached with the quantity of each part. Please read it carefully.

Files are Inventor 11. No drawings just 3D.

Thanks,
Dennis

FWIW you can export with Inventor to a variety of file types. IGS is one of the supported...

Yup, most CAM programs are setup to read .IGS or .STP formats. If you want the largest pool to bid on your stuff, you'll need to save it in one of those formats.

All,

These are the files we need quoted for delivery to; 2335Irving Hill Road, Lawrence, KS no later than 07/02/2009. I can't stress enough that the deadline must be met.

I am including quoted text from the engineer who drew these about tapping and special items. We are electronics people so don't expect normal terminology from us. Link to files at the end of message.

"Each ZIP file contains all of the parts in that format, notes on hole threading, and drawings for any non obvious stuff I could think of. The directories are the individual files in the zip file of the same name.

I removed all of the old versions. There are some minor changes from the first set (adding a few holes here and there). Please make sure whoever we pick downloads these files to make from.

This file set contains 2-3 new parts that weren't in the original quotes, see the last section of the text file ... I held them separately.

Of those, two are ready to go. There are 9 of these sets per Rx/Tx, so 18 / radar = 65pc (3 x 18 = 54 + spares):
TX_RX_Amp_Board_Case.xxx
TX_RX_Amp_Board_Case_Lid.xxx"

Thanks again for your interest. This will be released for manufacture in the next couple of days with a PO.

Dennis
