    Jim,

Do you really want to relocate to an area of the country that is near a state of collapse. I'm sure you've read the news stories about the downsizing in the automobile industry, so I'm sure that there will be many people with your experience looking for a life line in the area.

Personally, I would rethink my desire to relocate to Michigan.

I understand what your taking about. I currently live in Phoenix Arizona.
Lived here for 26 years. I was born in Detroit and would love to get out of Arizona. The job market is slow here also. Trying to get a job with BAE Systems in Sterling Heights Micihgan. They are building a new plant there.
    Will see waht happens.
    Thanks for your input.
