All - Please PM me if you are interested in quoting an aluminum box 13"x9"x6". I will email a ZIP file (< 2MB) including a 3D STEP file for reference and D size PDF drawings with placement and dimensions of all of the holes and cutouts. Other 3D formats available if STEP is no good for you. Box has holes and/or cutouts on all six sides. Two sides of box will each need ten 4-40 thread Pemserts (or equivalent), end of box will need one more (total 21 Pemserts per box). Lower-cost thread options considered, so please feel free to ask. 0.060" aluminum stock, nominal. All flanges 0.75" wide, nominal. Countersunk rivets or spot welds OK on the flange joint. Need quantity of two (2). Would like boxes chromate conversion coated. Ability to pay by Credit Card a big plus, but not a requirement. Regards, - Just Gary  |
