Bar clamps mill work...time sensitive

Matl. 6061 aluminum perferred. Other aluminum alloys will be considered.
Critical dimensions - 49mm(1.93") bar size. Needs to be +.005/-.000.
Thickness of .500 +.01/-.02 so that 1/2" thick material can be used.
All other dimensions +/-.010
Holes sizes - Single hole is a 5/16-24.
The 2 counter-bored holes are for 1/4-20 cap screws.
If you can drill the holes, but not tap them, that is fine. I will tap them if needed. But you must be able to drill them.
The threads are not modeled so if you aren't sure what would need to be done, let me know.
Parts will need to be FREE of scratches, dings and nicks.
Deburr only to remove sharp edges.
Individually wrap each piece for shipping to ensure no scratches, dings or nicks.
I will be polishing these myself, so a surface finish of about 63 would be nice.

Need the pricing of 4 'assemblies' delivered by May 13th. If you also want to quote a price with you doing that polishing, that is fine also. These will be prototypes. If these work the way they are, I'll be ordering more.

Can you provide a different file type, pdf, dxf, dwg? I have Mastercam & Solidworks and I can't open it.

It opened fine for me in SolidWorks. Make sure to 'extract' the file from the .zip first.

Dualkit, the file format is .igs which was output with MasterCAM. However, it is compressed to a .zip file. You will need an program to extract the .igs (winzip or winrar are popular).

There has been a question about the material thickness. I allowed extra minus tolerance for the use of 1/2" material. All surfaces must be machined.

The job has been awarded. I've been asked to share the winning numbers. The quote I went with was for less than $30 a piece for the first 4. This encluded polishing which was a plus. And actually it was the only bid that encluded polishing.
