First Piece (Part # 001) Material - 6061 Aluminum Units - Inches Tolerances - +/- 0.01" (Except the 8mm hole & 1/2-20 RH thread, need to be exact) Turn Around - Sooner is good, but cheaper is best. Quantity - 1 piece |

| On part one how close must the 1/2-20 thread be to 1.1250 shoulder? Off the shelf thread inserts will get it with .062 with out grinding it down. Either that or how about some thread relief, a .430 diameter under cut at the shoulder ?? wide. I am assuming part 1 & 2 mate? How long are you leaving this quote open? Target price? |
