Explanations - On the green perforated lines, there will need to be 4 drilled and tapped holes for M3 (.5mm pitch). 4 Holes per green line, at 90º separation. Staggered 45º between lines. The chamfers you see are .5mm @ 45º

Not possible to provide an accurate quote without some sort of tolerance to work by. That part at +/- .010 would be about $180 bucks the same part at +/-.0001 would be about $1200 bucks. You have the numbers out to 4 decimal places , industry standard would mean that is a very close tolerance part, in most cases 4 place decimals are +/-.001 or less.
Tolerance may not be critical and in that case the cost goes way down try to remember every decimal point is another dollar sign.
