Quantity 80 May be produced using any process that will maintain listed tolerance Parts must be ready for assembly on an OEM application without additional deburring or finishing. Discoloration from a plasma process ok. Attached is a .dwg V14 AutoCAD file of part. It has been requested I add a .dxf file it is also V14 AutoCAD

Here's a pic of the part cut with a Hypertherm Powermax45 on a PlasmaCam table. Time to import .dxf file from the file below....5 seconds, apply cut path and lead ins...about 20 seconds. Adjust cut speed, torch height and kerf width for 3/16" stainless...about 15 seconds. Turn on plasma...place 3/16" sheet on slats, turn on Torit fume control....about 30 seconds. Hit cut start button....cut was complete in less than 25 seconds. Here is picture....holes are exactly .5" at the bottom and are about .006" big at the top. This is 3/16" thick 304 stainless cut with air plasma....there is a brownish oxide layer on the cut edges...and a slight taper on the cut face. A $100k high definition plasma could do better...but this is a pretty nice part! Jim |
