Where are your guys at? Do they have experience running other CNC's? Do you have a 4th axis for this machine? This was the first machine I ran. I have about 3-4 years experience on these but I currently run all Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and HAAS controls. If we went through a couple of jobs to start so I could get a methodical process in my mind, I could probably help you out, but I'm sure you'd be better off with someone who is running one currently.
