Can it be fabed like the one in the pic or do you want it to be one peice of billet it would take more machine time and material mat +chips=cost may be necessory to weld then finish bore the boss and the final Id. to elemanate distorten in the o ring bore for the sensor and make a finish cut on the I.D. a sampel of the sensor or the aplacation and I could get a sample to measure Thank's Kevin |

| Welding them together will be way cheaper, but anything can be done. Another option would be to have the two parts bolt together with a oring between them, I've done this in the past for intake manifold adapters and it works well even under boost. |
