2 Aluminum Parts Need Turning

I'm looking for a quote on two aluminum pulleys of different sizes. The drawings are attached below. I won't be supplying the material, and I would prefer 6061 or 7075 alloy. I need two of each pulley. Ignore the countersink holes on the larger pulley as I can make them myself.

Thank you,
Donald Sung

I make loads of pulleys like these, you will need to provide a bottom of the V-Groove diameter on both prints or the specs on the belts you are going to use. Also 7075 is much more expensive than 6061, but the wear characteristics
are much better. If this is a continuous use item or has heavy belt tension against the pulleys, I would recommend 7075. Your average v-belt has a 37 degree angle on the mating surface we could assume this unless known otherwise.

Oh, my bad, I knew I was forgetting something. I'm planning on using a 3L v-belt. the bottom radius of the smaller pulley is .317" and the bottom radius of the large pulley is 1.120". I think I'll just stick with 6061 as I am using it for a school project.

Donson,

With your new information your angles match on the large pulley but not
the small one. On both designs the belt will not have enough mating surface, if
this application is for anything other than a low rpm stepper motor the belt will
not stay on, I must ask what are these pulleys going to drive?

I do combat robots, so these are pulleys to spin the weapon on my 12lb robot. I got the pulley groove dimensions from a friend who already used the pulleys of the same dimensions with good results, i'll double check with him about the small pulley.
