Need A Quote- Need a Small Quantity of Acrylic Sheet Cut

I need 6 Plates of 1/2" Clear Acrylic Sheet cut and drilled to the specs on the attached file. I also need it to be within .001" accuracy. I can be contacted at abalkenhol@gmail.com

Are you supplying the plastic? If not, you need to be more specific about the plastic. And are you sure you want 0.001" tolerance? Is that position, hole diameters, overall size or all of the above? That's pretty tight for a piece of plastic and you'll pay for it.

I can supply the plastic, it is 1/2" clear cast acrylic such as Acrylite Acrylic Sheet. The design in the file is the entire part with holes drilled in it. So the end product would be a 6.5" square plate with holes drilled in it. The tolerance could be .01" if need be. I used to have access to a Gerber cnc router that would hold these tolerances but I don't have access any more. The laser engravers that I have used in the past seem like they would do the job as well.

Does it have to be CNC, or would you consider waterjet?

Water jet would be just fine. I'm not picky about how it's cut as long as its accurate.
