Tormach, a leading manufacturer of small CNC mills, is seeking a Technical Support Representative. Position involves phone and email assistance for third party CAD/CAM support as well as trouble shooting warranty and technical equipment issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service/interpersonal skills as well as software and industrial machine troubleshooting skills.
