Need A Quote- Need Help Building an Automated Dispenser

Ok all you brainiacs out there, here is a challenge for you.
I am in SC, and have a small design/build job. This would be ideal for any of you guys who have successfully built your own CNC machine.
My project is basically a "5 Axis" project. For Phase I, I need to design a frame and mount a bottletop dispenser to a linear slide with a stepper motor attached. This arrangement would simply move the dispenser up and back down a set number of steps, over and over. I need 2 of them done.
Phase II would be an XYZ positioner to bring the dispensing tips to a particular point in the XYZ grid, dispense 2 chemicals, then do it again and again.
I love the whole idea of CNC-but I am a chemist with limited time and budget. I was hoping to find a guy out there that might recognize what I need as something they have already done, and could reproduce it for me. Email me at mgilbert754@earthlink.com and I'll be glad to give you more specifics.
