| Hi All, I just found this forum and am quite impressed with the wealth of knowledge here. Cutting to the chase, we're looking for a CNC/CAM prorgrammer who knows SurfCAM in the Anaheim, CA area. See the ad below. Any ideas on where else I can post? I appreciate you guys. -Cory (If interested, email me a resume and salary history to cory@sbanetwork.org) CNC Programmer for fast-paced manufacturing facility Fast-paced machine shop is looking for a SurfCAM programmer to develop programs for highly complex CNC parts. This is a very important position in the company because this person will ensure we produce high quality parts from the start. The right programmer will be focused, intense, and energetic. COMPENSATION · Base $23 to $33 per hour, with up to $15k yearly performance based bonus · Two weeks vacation and 10 paid holidays · Includes medical, dental, and 401k matching benefits · 1st or 2nd shift – flexible work schedule PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS · Complex part programs with 0% errors. · Tool design experience for aerospace-type parts. · Create set-up sheets with instructions for machinists. · Verify programs on screen for gouges and crashes – 100%. · Meet estimated programming time – minimum 95% of jobs. · Maximum scrap rate of 2% of the volume of programming. · 3, 4 and 5 axes CNC milling machines · 2 and 4 axes CNC lathes. POSITION REQUIREMENTS · 5 years full-time CAM programming experience. · 1-year minimum of SurfCAM programming. · 7 years experience in fast pace machine shop of manufacture of machined products. · Experience with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel. |

| I am a Sri Lankan, and having experience more than 2 and half year under the CNC machineries as programer/Master Cam X2/,, etc.. at Thailand. If anybody finding job relative CNC field, just let me know, I would like to apply. thank you. asfar_m@msn.com |
