RFQ - 3 small hdpe parts and 1 mdf part (Indianapolis)??

Basically I am building a Joes CNC. I had a guy cut out the parts for me but there were some missed parts and 2 miss cuts. He basically is ignoring my phone calls and is going to stiff me on the parts. I have to have them made so I can finish my cnc machine.

3 of the parts are small simple hdpe parts (2 brackets and a sleeve) all 3 parts will fit on 4.5" sq 1/2" thick piece of hdpe.

The wood piece is 34" x 10.25" x 0.5" mdf it has 5 holes around 1.5" and 16 bolt holes.

I have the materials so if you live in the Indianapolis area that would be great. I don't want to have to pay for materials and shipping if I don't have to. I have the files drawn in autocad.

I am in CT but I will do it for you if you want. I would definitly be intereted in the hdpe parts and possible the mdf parts.
