Looking for a change and a challenge? Due to sales growth in aviation maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) markets, TWIN MRO, a leading Turbine Engine Component Repair Station, has several immediate and permanent, openings.
- CNC Grinder Programmer/Operator: Primary job duties will be to program and operate a CNC Grinder (FANUC controllers). We are willing to train experienced manual ID/OD grinder operators. Overhaul & Repair experience is a plus. First & Second shift positions (and potentially some part time positions) are available.
- CNC Milling Programmer/Operator: Primary job duties will be to program and operate a CNC Milling Machining Center (FANUC and OKUMA controllers) as required to perform engine component repair operations. Overhaul & Repair experience is a plus. First & Second shift positions (and potentially some part time positions) are available.
- CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator: Primary job duties will be to program and operate a CNC Lathe (OKUMA controllers) as required to perform engine component repair operations. Overhaul & Repair experience is a plus. First & Second shift positions (and potentially some part time positions) are available.
- Manual VTL Operator: Primary job duties will be to perform VTL machining operations on a wide variety of gas turbine engine components. Overhaul & Repair experience is a plus. First & Second shift positions (and potentially some part time positions) are available.
- QC CMM Inspector: Primary job duties will be to produce both tear down and final inspection reports for a wide variety of gas turbine engine components, using both manual inspection tools and techniques and/or a Brown & Sharpe CMM (PC-DMIS). Experience with CMM programming using PC-DMIS is a plus. Should be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision. This opening is for second shift.
- Customer Support Administrator: Primary job duties will be to be the dedicated Customer Service contact for assigned customer accounts. Applicant should have a minimum of an Associates degree in Marketing/Business or English and/or three years experience with aviation/aerospace (especially turbine MRO markets). Must be a proficient communicator with good e-mail and Microsoft Office skills.
- Process Development Engineer: Primary job duties will be analysis of inspection reports to produce work orders and process routing sheets for component repair. Responsible for process planning, process creation, operation sheet preparation, and cost estimation. Experience with OEM Engine Maintenance Manuals and repair development a plus (Especially for large gas turbine P&W, IAE, GE and CFM components). Possible growth to Senior Engineer position. (Current Senior Process Engineers looking for a change are also encouraged to apply).
