Need A Quote- Vectric PhotoVCarve users

We are planning some projects that use in part, images carved using Vectric's Photo V Carve program. As this is a program that we are looking into purchasing, use of this program is a must so we can see it's capabilities first hand.

Photos would be provided of a bird, fish, portrait of a person, etc.

We would require that the image be carved into 8x8 to 8x12 inch, 1/2 inch thick plastic material. Our research shows that Corian might be the best option for high detail carving.

Detail would have to be very high, ie; small bit and many passes.

We found out about this site when viewing a lithophane of a bald eagle created by a member here.

My 1st Lithophane...

This is the level of quality our pieces must have. Messages sent to this user have been unanswered so we are opening things up for quotes from others. Just to be clear, we are looking for positive carvings, not lithophanes. The mention of the bald eagle project is simply to demonstrate the level of detail we require.

Only one of each image would be required to serve as a master for our other operations.

We would in all cases, retain full copyright over the works created, and will not provide licenses to produce additional carvings of our provided photographs.

If you have Photo V Carve, all the appropriate equipment and would like to carve images for us, please email us directly with your quote per piece including all labour and materials. We understand that actual shipping charges will be additional and not included in your quote.
