I have a small part I'd like to try out (~30x40x10mm), but don't have a mill to hand. I don't know if this is the correct place to be asking, so please feel free to shout at me or move the post. I'm a single person, not a big company. It could be made on a manual machine if you have a rotary table - or without if you have CNC. It's fairly basic. It'll be from 6061 and steel, but the steel part will only need a relatively small amount removing. I can send out a sketch of the part to anyone who might be able to help. You'll need some small end mills, a few mm in diameter should work, but you'll definitly need one around 4 - 6mm diameter. I'm in the UK so would prefer to have someone in the UK do it just for speed, but would be willing to do it internationally as well I'd be happy to pay you something for your time, but I'm 24 and a student, so not the richest of people. Let me know and I can send you some more information. |
