1.5" x 3/8 Aluminum plates RFQ

I need 50 of these plates made. They are 6061 Aluminum plates 3/8" thick.

They consist of 6 holes, 1 Threaded for 10-32 threads, 3 countersunk for screws. Tolerances need to be +/-.003.
