40mm ODx 1.25 in ID x 4 in long aluminum spacer

I need an aluminum spacer:

Outside diameter is 40 mm.
Inside diameter is 1.25 inches.
length of 4 inches (min).

The length is only an approximation. It can be between 4 inches and 5 inches. I will cut it to the lengths needed later. The material can be 6061-T6 or I'm open to other types if it is cheaper.
