Just for curiosity, What would the salary be for a 25+ manual, 10+ CNC Lathe/Mill setup/oper. and programmer be? Oh, and Gibbs / SolidWorks Exp.

Until I were to see a resume and talk to your employer ( or ex employer) it would be hard to say... Around this area top wages are around 28/hr. Lets just say you can "walk on water" thru a shop, (meaning that you have seen it,,, done it,, and can produce... as I asked for "CREAM OF THE CROP" I would be willing to go higher....Have you ever made inspection Gages ..,, ".0025mm" is a football field!! But that is not what we are looking for,,,The experience in your reply is what we are looking for.. Our wages range from Bottom to top,,, and is not judged by a piece of paper but by what you can and can not do...It does not take me long to see how much experience a person has,,, usually just a look thru the toolbox tells the story...I don't want to make this sound conceeded or snobish ,,but a guy that is real good at the trade, knows it" The "TALKERS" Know what they are to...So I say ,,If you are good at what you do,,, send me a resume!!!! Thanks for your reply. Like I said, "just for curiosity". And you are right about the "Talkers". I will never say that I know every thing about CNC or Software. If a person isn't able or willing to learn something new each and every day, somethings wrong.
