| We have a (1) Fagor 8055 Machine, where we run sheet goods such as plastic laminates, Particle board, MDF, Foam and the combinations of all. We have software Bob CADCAM v21 with BOB Art, but at this time do not have the resources to devote to learning and operate both machine and software. Hope this answered your question, if not please just give us a call to talk about your services. |

| Hmmm I've never programmed for cutting wood or plastics before. All the parts I have done at my job have been aerospace parts, aluminum and titanium parts only. I've never heard of your machine so I am guessing that it is 3 axis only. Does your machine have proprietary controls or is it fanuc controls? Where I work I use solidworks and mastercam so I am familiar with those two. Not sure if I would be of much help to you, but if you like you can send me a drawing and I will see what I can do. And if you like what you see we can go from there. A couple of questions for you: You are only looking for cnc programming correct? In other words you are not wanting someone to design a fixture or how to hold the part. You just want a program for cutting the part. Who decides what tool(s) to use or do you just have general tools that you use for every part? How often would you need this service, is it a one time deal or you constantly have different parts? And last but not least what kind of turn-around are you looking for time wise? I.E. How quickly are you needing the program after the drawing is produced?
