How the part looks now: ![]() How it should look after you're done: ![]() The slot at the end is indexed to two indentions in the lower portion and that relationship needs to be retained. I know the pictures aren't that great, so I will supplement them with what needs to be done: -Turn down the middle 1/3 to the diameter of the notched end -Cut the groove into the shaft (will be just above the 'bell' section -Part off the notched end -Notch the 'new' end of the shaft I'm only interested in doing one of these at the moment. So what's it gonna cost me? Thanks! Jeremy |
